Capital Art Therapy LLC- Counseling Services
Capital Art Therapy LLC provides individual, family, and group psychotherapy for children (age 6+) through adults. Services are available in person and via telehealth throughout New Hampshire and Maine. Our work integrates evidence-based treatment approaches, including trauma-informed care, EMDR, CBT, and art therapy, to support emotional wellness, resilience, and long-term growth.
In addition to clinical services, we offer professional trainings and workshops for businesses, schools, and organizations across New England. Topics include stress management, burnout prevention, resilience building, nervous system regulation, and strengthening team connection. These programs are designed to provide practical tools that promote mental wellness in the workplace and community settings.
Gnomies – Creative Community Experiences and Cafe
Gnomies offers community-based creative and social experiences in a welcoming, nature-inspired setting. Events include guided paint nights, beginner-friendly fiber arts (crocheting and wool spinning), collage and memory book workshops, printmaking, jewelry making, and seasonal hands-on craft events.
