HealthFirst is a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) committed to providing accessible, affordable, high-quality healthcare to individuals and families throughout Central New Hampshire.
With locations in Franklin and Laconia, HealthFirst offers comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, behavioral health counseling, psychiatric medication management, substance use disorder treatment, nutrition services, and community resource assistance. Our integrated approach to care focuses on the whole person, addressing both medical needs and the factors that influence overall health and well-being.
HealthFirst welcomes patients regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. We accept most major insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid, and offer a sliding fee discount program for eligible patients.
