Our mission is to build high quality homes for clients of all tastes, budgets and needs.
We believe there are two equally important aspects of delivering the best residential construction. The product has to be expertly installed and that’s half of the job. The other half is to provide the best experience possible for the client. The home owner should feel informed and in control.
A truly satisfied client enjoys both quality in the construction and a great experience during the project. Tarkka Homes has been building fine homes and distinctive remodels throughout southern New Hampshire since 1990.
We are proud members of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), NH Home Builders Association (NHHBA), Greater Manchester-Nashua Home Builders & Remodelers Association (GMNHBRA) and the Contoocook Chamber of Commerce in Hopkinton, NH. Paul and Tricia Morin co-Chair the NHHBA Government Affairs Committee and are registered lobbyists volunteering their time on behalf of the NHHBA in Concord, NH and Washington, DC. Paul holds the Certified Graduate Builder (CGB) designation from NAHB while Tricia is a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS), also from NAHB
