Manchester, NH – Devine Millimet Attorneys at Law is proud to partner with the New Hampshire Small Business Development Center (NH SBDC) to provide free legal consulting services to eligible small businesses through NH SBDC’s LeAF program, which provides legal, accounting, and financial consulting assistance (LeAF Program).

The LeAF Program offers eligible NH SBDC clients up to five total hours of free, one-on-one consulting with legal, accounting, or financial professionals. Through its participation, Devine Millimet can help business owners evaluate entity structure, draft and review contracts, address corporate governance matters, and review lease or loan agreements. This assistance gives New Hampshire entrepreneurs access to practical legal guidance as they start and grow their businesses. Funding through the State Small Business Credit Initiative Technical Assistance Grant Program makes these services available at no cost to eligible clients.

To qualify for LeAF Program services, businesses must be active NH SBDC clients, have fewer than 10 employees, and have applied or plan to apply for a government-backed small business loan.
