Manchester, NH – Devine Millimet is pleased to welcome back Of Counsel Attorney, Joe Rheaume, in the firm’s Manchester office.

Before attending law school, Joe served as a Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE) Specialist in the U.S. Air Force, where he trained aircrew and other operators.

After earning his Juris Doctor from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law, Joe developed his practice with a focus on Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs), mergers and acquisitions, and a broad range of corporate matters.

Joe rejoins our Corporate Team, where he will continue to counsel clients on ESOPs and other corporate matters. We look forward to his valuable contributions and expertise in these areas.
